🚗 A Legacy Renewed, An Appointed Time
At Cotton & Cannon Event Co., we believe the most meaningful events honor legacy, celebrate connection, and remind us that purpose often unfolds at an appointed time.
On October 30, 2025, we had the privilege of being entrusted to design and coordinate the Grand Reopening of Presto Auto Care at the Wells Fargo Customer Information Center (CIC) in Charlotte, NC — one of Wells Fargo’s largest and most dynamic workforce campuses, home to nearly 10,000 employees.
This event celebrated both continuity and calling: honoring the long-standing excellence established by Pinkston’s Auto, while ushering in a new chapter of service and design excellence through Presto Auto Care’s renewed identity.
✨ Designing with Purpose and Partnership
Our team was trusted to incorporate Presto Auto Care’s refreshed design details and coordinate seamlessly with Wells Fargo’s flagship workforce enterprise to bring this grand reopening to life. Every visual and operational element — from signage and spatial design to event flow and atmosphere — reflected collaboration, care, and craftsmanship.
What made this celebration especially meaningful was the convergence of faith, purpose, and timing.
Through what can only be described as God’s appointed time, three paths — Presto Auto Care’s owners Sandra and Sean, Cotton & Cannon’s founders Diana and Jake Schanck, and Michael Price, the nonprofit leader of C-Suite for Christ (501c3) Charlotte Chapter — intersected in a way no one could have planned.
Each connection was made independently over the past several years, each guided to Charlotte by a unique purpose — only to meet here, at this moment, where business, creativity, and faith aligned perfectly.
🙏 Faith in Action: A Moment of Prayer and Blessing
To commemorate this milestone, Michael Price, the nonprofit leader of C-Suite for Christ’s Charlotte Chapter, attended and delivered a moving address that inspired everyone present.
He spoke on the value of servant leadership, stewardship, and the importance of honoring God through our work. His message reminded us that success is most meaningful when rooted in gratitude and purpose.
Michael then led a heartfelt prayer of blessing over Presto Auto Care, its owners Sandra and Sean, the surrounding community, and everyone who contributed to making this day possible.
It was a moment that turned the event from a reopening into something deeper — a shared reflection on faith, excellence, and God’s perfect timing in bringing people together for a purpose greater than themselves.
📊 A Celebration of Legacy and Collaboration
Metric | Result | Meaning |
Event Attendance | 46 employees | Engaged participation within a hybrid campus community |
Direct Employee Connections (3 Days) | 125 | Meaningful, one-on-one engagements across the Wells Fargo CIC campus |
Social Media Reach (Pre-Event) | 3,900 impressions | Amplified visibility and anticipation across the Charlotte area |
These outcomes reflected more than numbers — they represented a union of legacy, craftsmanship, and divine alignment, all converging in an appointed time.
🌿 Honoring the Past, Building the Future
The Presto Auto Care Grand Reopening was both a tribute and a transition — honoring years of faithful service from Pinkston’s Auto, while celebrating the continuation of excellence through Presto Auto Care’s leadership and vision.
For Cotton & Cannon Event Co., this project reflected our heart for collaboration — the ability to adapt design and management processes to support corporate partners, while ensuring the experience feels personal, meaningful, and human.
We are deeply grateful to Presto Auto Care, Wells Fargo CIC leadership, and Michael Price of C-Suite for Christ Charlotte for trusting us to help bring this event together at just the right time.
💡 Our Ongoing Commitment
At Cotton & Cannon Event Co., we are committed to designing experiences that honor legacy, foster connection, and reflect excellence with humility (with a little cannon presence!).
Whether coordinating corporate functions, community gatherings, or milestone celebrations, our approach remains the same — grounded in collaboration, guided by purpose, and open to what can happen when people come together at an appointed time.
This event reminded us that while design can shape space, it is faith that shapes the moment.
“Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.” — Proverbs 19:21
